Accelerating CRVS Digitalization towards inclusive ID Systems

Cambodia Inequality Assessment Workshop (7-9 October 2024)

A three-day intensive training workshop was held in Phnom Penh with the National Institute of Statistics (NIS) of Cambodia. This training is part of the Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (CRVS) completeness assessment initiative in Cambodia, with the primary objective of utilizing the most recent dataset – the 2024 Cambodia Intercensal Survey – to assess the completeness of birth and death registration at both national and sub-administrative levels.

Regional workshop on gender, environment and climate change statistics (5-7 May 2025)

To understand gender-environment-climate change nexus issues, inform related policies, and support monitoring and accountability processes, it is critical to ensure related data is available, comparable and timely. Over the years, the international statistical community has advanced the development of indicator sets, metadata and data collection tools to support Member States in the production of related statistics.
